1. Introduction

Welcome to Home Remodel, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and Home Remodel ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Home Remodel application and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Home Remodel, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use Home Remodel.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Home Remodel. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for the text inputs you use to generate images and any content you create, share, or display on or through Home Remodel.
You must not use Home Remodel to create, share, or display:
  • Illegal or unlawful content.
  • Infringing content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
  • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
Home Remodel reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these ToS.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The images generated by Home Remodel are derivative works created by AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images generated by Home Remodel for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. License Grant to Home Remodel

By using the Services, you grant to Home Remodel, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute text prompts you input into the services, or images produced by the service at your direction. The license granted to Home Remodel remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Home Remodel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Home Remodel and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
