Questions
- Will it keep my room the way it is?
- Every tool is briefed to work from the room in your photo and to change finishes, fittings and furniture rather than the shell. It is generated imagery, though, so it may not follow a brief exactly — a vent can vanish, an opening can shift. Compare the render against your photo before you rely on it, and run it again if something has moved.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. A new account starts with 4 credits and a Standard run costs 4, so there is a whole remodel in there before any card is involved. After that, plans begin at $15 a month.
- What kind of photo should I take?
- Stand in a corner and get as much of the room in frame as you can, in daylight. Skip the ultra-wide lens — it bends the walls, and straight walls are what everything downstream is working from.
- Can I use these on a listing?
- People do. Most portals and real estate boards require rendered or virtually staged photos to be labelled as such, so check what applies where you are listing.
